Who runs this site
This website is run by Ümitcan Çengel, who makes games as Canc Games in Germany. For anything about your data, write to support@cancgames.com.
The short version

- We only process what we need to run the site.
Visiting the site
The site is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the page you requested, and may keep it briefly in server logs. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Visitor statistics
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and does not identify or follow individual visitors. We only see totals, such as how many people opened a page, which country and type of device they used, and which site sent them. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Emails you send us
Mail to support@cancgames.com is forwarded by Cloudflare to our mailbox at Google (Gmail). We use it only to reply, and keep it as long as the conversation needs. Legal basis: legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Links and videos
Links to Steam and other sites are plain links: nothing is sent to them until you click. Videos, once we add them, load only after you press play; from then on YouTube's own privacy policy applies.
Transfers outside your country
Cloudflare and Google may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, these transfers rely on safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, to receive it in a portable form, and to withdraw your consent. Write to support@cancgames.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
